The Fix was formed in 2015 to help folks find high quality auto repair at a reasonable cost. What started with one mechanic turning wrenches in a small farm garage, has transformed into a fantastic shop full of qualified employees. With over 70 cumulative years of Volvo experience, we specialize in modern and classic Volvo cars. Our Experts have decades of experience on many makes and models and are happy to keep your vehicle's odometer rolling on endlessly.

Our Story

Every shop has a story, and ours began with Pete. The Fix started in a small two stall garage in the heart of Doylestown, PA. Used as a place to keep his motorcycles and classic cars, this bloomed into something bigger by simply helping friends out with oil changes on the weekends. With many years of experience working as a dealership technician, this grew quickly into a forum for serious auto repair. The Fix was born when sign was hung in a newly rented small farm garage on the aptly named Mechanicsville Rd. Word got out, and after 5 years with a couple of part time employees in tow, The Fix Autoworks Inc moved to 4461 West Swamp Rd to a much larger shop. We have flourished in this fantastic location since 2020. As a company we are now fully equipped for all matters automotive with 5 lifts, a great office, a fantastic receptionist, 5 absolute elite technicians to service your vehicle. We use modern communication methods and are pride ourselves on our transparency and integrity.
